The Courtyards is an 165-year-old renovated Porte-Cochere townhouse in New Orleans\' world-renowned French Quarter. The resort is located within walking distance of a variety of sites, such as restaurants, antiques shops, art galleries, museums, and the Mississippi River. After an exciting day experiencing New Orleans\' Creole and Cajun cuisine and incomparable jazz, relax in the resort\'s lush courtyard and enjoy New Orleans at its best. All units at The Courtyards are air- conditioned, have a television and a full kitchen with a microwave oven. Although some units have fireplaces, it is against city regulations to have fires (all chimneys are blocked). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either 1 bath or 1.7 baths, 1 queen or king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed and asleep sofa. Check-in between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday only, at 1428 Royal Street. Check-out is 10:00 am.! IF YOU ANTICIPATE A LATE ARRIVAL, CONTACT THE RESORT WELL IN- ADVANCE TO ADVISE, AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. The resort is a 3 story townhouse with no elevators. There is a US$100 deposit fee. No pets are allowed. The resort is locatedwithin walking distance of all major activities; a car is not necessary nor recommended. On-site parking is not provided. However, limited parking may be available on Royal St. Commerical garages and/or lots are located w/in 3-15 blocks. *NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE UNITS*
